Education

  • B.Sc in Engineering/Renewable Energy

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
 

Additional Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in solar projects.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.

  • Sound interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, self-driven, hard-working, and motivated.

  • Problem solving and Decision-Making skills

  • Able to handle multiple projects under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to establish the project`s scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Developing and overseeing the project budgets, diligently tracking expenses, and promoting cost-effectiveness throughout the project`s life cycle.

  • Coordinating the acquisition of solar panels, inverters, and other essential equipment for the project Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and the provision of high-quality products.

  • Collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, consultants, and contractors

  • Ensuring seamless communication and execution of the project.

  • Monitoring the entire installation process, with a strong emphasis on adhering to safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and meeting project specification

  • Continuously monitoring the performance of solar installations and proactively addressing any issues that may arise during or after project completion.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, progress reports, and status updates for stakeholders and management.

  • Conducting thorough evaluations after project completion to identify areas for improvement and extract valuable lessons for future projects.

  • Staying informed about the latest developments in solar technologies and industry trends to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Prepare the documents required for carbon trading or equivalent carbon trading of the projects and communicate with different relevant stakeholders.
