Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- The candidate should have BSc in Agriculture (MBA in Marketing will be given preference)

- Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
- Minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in seed or pesticide business, or related fields will be given preference
- Knowledge on trade marketing, product knowledge, production process, supply and chain management, financial management, Business Operations, Policy development, Strategic planning, Feasibility study, preparation of Sales targets and people management
- Required skills: Advanced level of Communication, Analytical ability, Problem solving, Monitoring tools and techniques, Reporting, Presentation skill
- Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and achieve sales target and promotional plan based on territories, manage credit recovery and arrange return of goods to seed processing center by timeline
- Ensure sales growth rate of each territory under his/her horizon
- Supervise team to setting dealer and sub-dealer, analyze dealer-wise sales trend and growth adding or deleting dealer
- Manage dealer’s disagreement and other business issues
- Ensure territory-wise promotional material
- Monitor market following passbook record and territory officers visit to farmer
- Maintain the relationship with government, NGO, dealers’ and farmers’ association and other stakeholders
- Prepare report as per management requirement
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
