  • Machine cleaning knowledge

  • Knowledge on fire safety.

  • Machine operating skills

  • Skills on register maintaining

  • Ability to work under pressure


Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist the Operator in setting heaters, plates, and sealing bars according to pouch specifications to ensure smooth production operations.

  • Support the Operator in checking sealing quality, conducting leak tests, and ensuring accurate cutting of finished products.

  • Assist in setting and monitoring machine temperature and other operating parameters as per production requirements.

  • Help with knife setting according to product size, ensure correct reel direction for efficient machine operation, and support the maintenance of production records.

  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the machine and surrounding work area before, during, and after production.

  • Assist in loading and unloading jumbo reels onto the machine safely and efficiently with the support of Helpers.

  • Bundle pouches according to specified quantities and assist the Operator in maintaining accurate production records and registers.

  • Support the Operator in inspecting printed materials and process parameters during production to ensure product quality.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures while performing assigned duties.

  • Perform any other production-related tasks assigned by the Management.

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
