• Excellent organization, and coordination skills.

STEM Coach will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our world by fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in young minds. Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, both inside and outside the classroom.

Creating engaging and effective lessons: Creating and executing STEM educational materials, adding practical exercises, projects, and experiments, and using a range of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning preferences.

Integrate STEM subjects: Demonstrate how science, technology, engineering, and mathematics are related to one another and have practical applications in bridging the gap between them.

Keep up with advancements: Make sure students are always learning new things in their subjects of STEM, and incorporate these discoveries and innovations into their teaching.

Establish an enjoyable and interactive learning environment: Encourage children to ask questions, take deliberate opportunities, and work together in an encouraging atmosphere.

Establish and maintain guidelines and requirements throughout the classroom: Create clear regulations and rules to ensure a focused and effective learning environment.

Address an assortment of student bodies: Provide specific support and differentiate lessons to meet the requirements of students with different learning styles.

Encourage responsible technology use by assisting students in integrating technology into their educational activities and projects in a moral and safe approach.

Work together with colleagues: To create and execute successful STEM programs and initiatives, and collaborate with educators from other disciplines, school administrators, and other STEM teachers.

Professional Development: Take advantage of opportunities for professional development to keep up with the latest developments in curriculum, science and technology, and teaching methods.

Address with parents and guardians: Keep parents informed about their child’s STEM learning path, address concerns, and discuss student progress regularly.

Community engagement: To involve the larger community and highlight the importance of STEM education, take part in outreach initiatives, science fairs, competitions, or school activities
Safeguarding:

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
