Job Description

Education

  • Diploma in Glass & Ceramic Technology
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Glass & Ceramic Technology

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Glass & Ceramics Manufacturing, Sanitary ware

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee tunnel and shuttle kiln operations.

  • Design and optimize firing curves.

  • Control fuel consumption (Gas, LPG, FO).

  • Monitor kiln temperature and pressure.

  • Adjust burner settings for efficiency.

  • Ensure product quality and reduce defects.

  • Plan preventive maintenance activities.

  • Troubleshoot kiln issues immediately.

  • Supervise operators and loaders.

  • Track production targets and record data.
