Education

Experience

    • 5 to 7 years
 

Additional Requirements

  • 5–7 years of sales experience in industrial products, trading, or welding/fabrication sectors.

  • Experience handling corporate clients, EPC contractors, and government projects.

  • Track record of achieving revenue targets in B2B or trading sales.

  • Knowledge of import processes, supplier sourcing, and pricing strategy.


Responsibilities & Context

Corporate Sales (B2B & Projects)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, EPC contractors, government procurement bodies, and industrial buyers.

  • Secure contracts for welding consumables, fabrication solutions, and related items in bulk quantities.

  • Manage tender participation and government procurement processes.

  • Negotiate and close large-scale sales agreements to ensure long-term partnerships.

Trading Item Sales

  • Identify and develop opportunities for the sale of trading/imported products (MIG/FCW wires, tools & Hardware, fabrication accessories, Hard Goods, etc.).

  • Build and expand relationships with suppliers for sourcing trading products.

  • Subject to the approval of proper pricing strategies, ensure competitive positioning of trading items.

  • Manage stock, lead times, and delivery schedules in coordination with the supply chain.

Team & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to align corporate/trading strategies with overall sales goals.

  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

  • Provide guidance and support to sales executives handling corporate/trading clients.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity, market prices, and new product opportunities.

  • Prepare regular reports on corporate and trading sales performance.

  • Provide recommendations for product diversification and sourcing strategies.
