Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 26 years

Experience in Corporate or Industrial Sales, preferably in the lubricant, automotive or industrial product sector. Experience in handling corporate clients, fleet customers, factories or industrial accounts will be an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering /Petroleum & Mining Engineering(PME)/Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE). Candidates with a business degree and strong lubricant industry experience may also be considered.


Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective corporate and industrial sales strategies.

• Develop new corporate and industrial customers and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.

• Provide technical consultation and application support for lubricants in various industrial machinery and automotive systems.

• Promote and sell products from CVO (Commercial Vehicle Oil), PCMO (Passenger Car Motor Oil), and Industrial Oil segments.

• Identify business opportunities through direct visits to factories, corporate offices, workshops and project sites.

• Manage and monitor ongoing corporate business, including participation in government and private tender processes.

• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance reviews on a weekly and monthly basis.

• Develop and implement sales plans, promotional activities, and market expansion strategies to increase market share.

• Introduce new products to the market and establish strong product positioning.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth.

• Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and technical discussions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Deliver product and technical training sessions for newly recruited sales, marketing and technical team members.

• Prepare professional business proposals, technical presentations, and PowerPoint reports for management and clients.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and service delivery.
