Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

  • Identify potential customers and expand the dealer/distributor network.

  • Promote Benzol Lubricant products through effective sales and marketing activities.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth delivery and stock management.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

  • Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and trade fairs to enhance brand awareness.

  • Provide feedback on product performance and market demand to support product development.

Drive sales growth of Benzol Lubricants in assigned territory by managing distributors, dealers and customers achieve targets, expand market presence, and enhance brand visibility. Prior lubricant/automobile industry experience preferred.
