Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Professional certification in Supply Chain/Inventory Management will be considered an added advantage

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years

2–3 years of experience in store/inventory management (manufacturing/trading industry preferred).

Experience in handling ERP/Inventory software will be an added benefit.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good knowledge of inventory systems and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and database management.

Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
-
Manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
-
Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of goods and materials.
-
Maintain stock records, documentation, and timely reporting.
-
Monitor product movement, minimize stock loss, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) system.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
-
Supervise store staff and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.

Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies in the store area.

Conduct regular physical verification of stock and resolve discrepancies.
