Job Description

Education

  • HSC
  • Diploma
  • Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent.
  • Diploma/Training in Garments Sample Making/Pattern will be considered an advantage.

Experience

    • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • 2–3 years of working experience as a Sample Man (Knit & Woven) in a reputed garments factory.

  • Must have strong knowledge of sewing, pattern, and garment construction.

  • Strong technical knowledge in knit & woven sample development.

  • Ability to read and understand buyer tech packs and patterns.

  • Must be hardworking, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.


Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop samples (Knit & Woven) as per buyer requirements and specifications.

  • Ensure proper cutting, sewing, and finishing of sample garments.

  • Work closely with the merchandising and design teams to deliver accurate samples on time.

  • Understand buyer tech packs, patterns, and requirements clearly.

  • Ensure quality, measurement, and finishing standards in sample garments.

  • Maintain proper record of samples and support sample section activities.

  • Communicate with production team for smooth sample approval and bulk production follow-up.

Location: Holding No-35, Ranavola, Block-D, Nishatnagor, Turag, Dhaka-1230
