Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve monthly personal and team sales target.

  • Right attitudes for promoting Company`s product and Brand image.

  • Ability to play role as a team leader.

  • Maintain and update customer database.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Generating new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.

  • Collect booking money and down payment from the new client.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.

  • Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Any other task assigned by Management if required.
