  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but HSC or Diploma holders are encouraged to apply if they have relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer support (preferably in eCommerce, electronics, or consumer goods).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Bangla; basic English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience using social media inboxes and WhatsApp/web-based CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Must be organized, punctual, and customer-oriented.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle inbound customer inquiries, close sales, and deliver excellent post-sale service. You will be responsible for engaging with leads through platforms such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat, and direct phone calls, guiding customers through the purchase process, and maintaining records of communication and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential customers across Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and website.

  • Handle customer inquiries, explain product benefits, and persuade customers to purchase.

  • Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely conversion to sales.

  • Confirm orders, process entries into the system, and coordinate with logistics for delivery.

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales data.

  • Work closely with the digital marketing and field sales team for smooth coordination.

  • Handle basic after-sales queries and provide satisfactory customer service.
