Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience
- 15 to 20 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Responsibilities & Context
-
Overall Responsible for execution and capacity/marketing coordination for assigned factory/production unit
-
Ensure capacity 12month regularly as per production space and available minutes
-
End to end Execution for orders on the same and be responsible for single contact person as ownership of the facility
-
Arrange T&A and take actions to secure the same
-
Follow up orders been taken according to capacity and SMV
-
Secure On time with customer requirements are fulfilled
-
Supervise the team`s merchandising activities in the entire order follow up process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery
-
Pro active work to avoid low season gap
-
Bring customer one level up so to make sustainable growth for the assigned production capacity
-
Co-ordinate and collaborate with other marketing team members/team leaders for order and execution related matters
-
Control, monitor and secure supply chain for all the orders and ensure they are in place.

Present and own the Executive summary meeting and capacity meeting for assigned unit with relevant marketing team lead and stakeholders.

Supervise team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency
-
Bring efficiency and secure transparency on the process (establishing and encouraging right method and tracking)

SOP all the way and establishment on ERP as a methodology
-
Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production and keep continuous improvement and efficiency on that

Leading and develop team both professionally and task wise.

Ensure flawless execution along with team and fulfil required quality and on time shipments and handover of goods.

Set methodology with washing team and units to ensure smooth feed of production units
-
PCD to be kept and make 100%.

Closing summary along with Marketing team lead
-
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Merchandising, Material and development team and design team
-
Regular catch up with Marketing head and monthly update to Chairman/Director
-
People development and responsible on succession plan as required for own team members/leaders

7+ year of experience as Department lead, at least 3 years on Woven and Denim in Manufacturing/Garments factory. Preferable to have experience of Inditex Group.
Candidate with Inditex/Pull & Bear experience will be given preference.
