Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Textile Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Expertise in handling Inditex group buyers (Pull & Bear, Bershka). will be given advantage.
Responsibilities & Context

Execution & Coordination
-
Responsible for execution and capacity/marketing coordination for assigned factory/production unit.
-
Ensure 12-month capacity planning regularly based on production space and available minutes.
-
Arrange Time & Action (T&A) plans and take proactive measures to secure timelines.

Follow up orders according to capacity and SMV (Standard Minute Value).

Costing & Buyer Communication
-
Handle costing negotiations and order confirmations with buyers.
-
Manage buyer relationships, specifically Inditex, Pull & Bear, and Bershka, ensuring compliance with their standards and requirements.

Bring customers one level up to achieve sustainable growth for assigned production capacity.

Team Supervision & Process Management
-
Supervise merchandising team activities throughout the order follow-up process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Lead and develop team members professionally and task-wise.
-
Enhance service delivery and operational efficiency through effective supervision.
-
Establish SOPs and integrate processes into ERP systems for transparency and efficiency.

Supply Chain & Vendor Management
-
Control, monitor, and secure supply chain for all orders to ensure timely availability of materials.

Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Quality & Delivery
-
Ensure flawless execution with the team to meet required quality standards and on-time shipments.
-
Set methodology with washing teams and units to ensure smooth production flow.
-
Maintain 100% Planned Cut Date (PCD) compliance.

Reporting & Collaboration
-
Prepare closing summaries in collaboration with the Marketing Team Lead.
-
Coordinate and collaborate with other marketing team members/team leaders for order and execution-related matters.
