Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience
-
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Developer
Additional Requirements

Minimum of 05 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 1 years in internal Audit role.

Proven experience in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
-
In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Plan and participate in visits to various field, offsite, and office locations.
-
Develop and implement strategies for construction project execution aligned with the company’s objectives.
-
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
-
Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.
-
Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.

Verify the responsibilities and outputs of team members to ensure accountability.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.

Bill checking, estimation and reviewing the budget.

Conduct comprehensive engineering investigations and prepare reports with recommendations.

Observe the work of the project Eng, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Time to time inspect and test construction materials and finishing materials to ensure compliance with specifications (BOQ/design & Drawing)Observe on-site construction activities to ensure quality control standards are met.

Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the team.
