Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience

- At least 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements

Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications, including AutoCAD drawings, with basic knowledge of relevant standards (ASNT, ASTM, ISO, BNBC, etc.).

Basic knowledge of Primavera Expedition.

Project documentation, construction analysis & design.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Lead and manage the construction department, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
-
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

Maintain detailed records of design calculations, construction procedures, and inspection results.
-
Oversee project planning, design, procurement, execution, and completion.
-
Manage and mentor construction managers, site supervisors, and other staff.
-
Monitor project progress, costs, and risks; proactively address issues.
-
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with stakeholders.
-
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction processes.
-
Reviewing the work of the construction crew to determine whether quality standards are being observed.
-
Developing a plan and quality of work for each site so that each project can finish on time.

Informing senior management about the cost and progress of each project.
-
Maintaining regular contact with clients.
-
Managing the budget for each worksite to make sure each project is completed efficiently.
