Job Description
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
- Part-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized professional body will be preferred.
Experience

Strong analytical and strategic capability to identify financial risks, anticipate management challenges, and drive value-added financial solutions.

Thorough knowledge of statutory compliance, financial regulations, taxation requirements, and internal control policies applicable in Bangladesh.

Comprehensive understanding of financial systems, processes, and performance management frameworks that support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities & Context

To develop, implement, and continuously review annual and strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.

To provide strategic and operational financial insights to support management decisions.

To oversee end-to-end finance and accounts operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, proper documentation, and full compliance.

To ensure timely preparation and review of financial statements, MIS, and annual reports.

To manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, fund position, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory control, and ERP data integrity.

To ensure governance, tax and VAT compliance, financial risk management, and effective liaison with banks and financial institutions.
