Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law
- Master of Arts (MA) in Law
- LLB or LLM degree from a reputed university or institute with a strong academic record.
Experience
-
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Spinning, School
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Bangladeshi legal and administrative processes.
- Proficiency in legal drafting in both Bangla and English.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Update, manage, and renew all legal licenses and regulatory documents within required timelines for garments and textile factories.

Demonstrate strong familiarity with the judicial system and a solid understanding of Bangladeshi laws, rules, and legal practices.

Draft and prepare legal documents, agreements, and estate-related papers in both Bangla and English with accuracy and professionalism.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all legal, licensing, and tax-related correspondence, filings, and documentation.

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and filing various tax documents; coordinate with external legal advisors, auditors, and government authorities when required.

Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.

Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
