Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
- University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience

- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements

Basic understanding of IAS/IFRS, VAT, and the Taxation Rules of Bangladesh.

Willingness to learn accounting standards and compliance requirements.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience or academic exposure to the garments/textile industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context

Assist in preparing financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reports.

Participate in accounts payable.
-
Support month-end and year-end financial closures and reporting.

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Prepare financial analyses and reports to support business decision-making.
-
Assist in cost analysis, cost control, and variance analysis.

Support the implementation of management accounting systems for performance tracking and management.
-
Provide insights for strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Learn and optimize accounting systems and internal controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
