Responsibilities & Context
- Forecast demand and place local and international parts orders.
- Ensure parts availability for workshops, warranty claims, and customer requirements.
- Drive parts sales via dealers, service centers, and retail.
- Monitor inventory, reduce slow or excess stock, and prevent stockouts for workshop, warranty, and customer needs.
- Produce pricing, sales, and stock reports; analyze trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, finance, and service teams.
- Lead and guide parts officers and store staff.
- Implement measures to reduce excess inventory and minimize stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
