Job Description

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

    • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Insurance, Manufacturing (FMCG), Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 42 years
  • Only Male
  • Premium Luxury Real Estate Portfolio candidate will get added advantage.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Strong presentation, client handling, and relationship management skills.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Searching prospects and generating quality leads through market research, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.

  • Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person to promote company products and services.

  • Achieving monthly sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and maintain a relationship.

  • Conducting project presentations, client meetings, site visits, and property demonstrations to support the sales process.

  • Managing the sales process through CRM software to ensure effective lead tracking and conversion. Identifying potential markets, prospective clients, and new sales opportunities to expand business reach.

  • Monitoring competitors’ activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to strengthen market positioning.

  • Ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and coordination with internal departments for smooth sales operations.

  • Supervising and managing operational and sales teams, providing leadership, guidance, and performance monitoring to achieve business objectives.

  • Demonstrating a positive attitude, professional appearance, target-driven mindset, and strong team leadership capability while representing the company`s premium brand image.

  • Performing any other duties assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role and organizational requirements.
