Job Context:

Right now we are looking for Branch In-Charge for Cox’s Bazar Branch Office, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the branch sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Monitor daily sales pipelines, customer follow-ups and active leads of Branch Officers.

  • Participate directly in site visits, client presentations and high-value deal closures.

  • Coordinate with Head Office to implement localized promotional campaigns and marketing events.

  • Lead critical client negotiations regarding pricing, booking terms and payment structures.

  • Track local market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales pitches.

  • Build strong relationships with existing buyers and high-net-worth individuals to drive referral sales.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure maximum booking conversions.

  • Monitor payment schedules to secure timely down payments and installment collections.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales, collection and branch performance reports to Head Office.

  • Oversee branch administration and site coordination to ensure a smooth sales environment.
