  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Masters
  • Masters degree in any discipline / MBA in Marketing

Experience

    • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Trading or Export/Import, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Toiletries

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetic, Consumer, Toilets, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG) industry.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead Monitor and coordinator a team of ASMs and RSMs.
  • Prepare and assign monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
  • Achieving the primary and secondary sales target though deport and dealer’ s in the market.
  • Executing all promotional and trade marketing offers / programs in the market.
  • Fostering a performance culture among the team members.
  • Keep an eye on competitors’ sales & marketing strategies and providing feedback and suggestions accordingly.
  • Manage the sales cycle effectively and track the activities of the Sales Force.
  • Increase the existing market coverage to achieve additional market reach as per sales plan.
