Responsibilities & Context
Position: Officer to Asst. Manager (Sales–MIS)
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Officer (Sales–MIS) to support data-driven decision-making and business operations through strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales and business data to identify trends in customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and competitor activities to support growth strategies.

Prepare, maintain, and manage MIS reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).
-
Work extensively on ERP systems for data extraction, validation, reporting, and performance tracking.

Act as a coordination point between IT, Sales, and Business teams to improve productivity and data efficiency.

Support business and analyst teams in project-related activities in collaboration with implementation and sales teams.

Monitor business performance by tracking activities, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions.

Provide regular updates on deliverables, timelines, and business status to senior management.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations with statistical support and data validation.

Manage and respond to stakeholder requests for data analysis and reporting.

Assist in conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of new products or services.
