Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food production or bakery operations.

Age not exceeding 35 years.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Dynamic, innovative, energetic, and presentable.
Proficient in MS Office applications, ERP/CRM systems, and inventory management software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, guide, and inspire team members.
Capable of effective cross-department communication and coordination with external vendors.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe and efficient working environment for all employees by enforcing safety protocols and best practices.
Assist in setting up production lines accurately based on product specifications and ensure readiness before operation.
Ensure strict compliance with personal hygiene, sanitation, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and all plant documentation.
Monitor daily production to ensure it aligns with the scheduled targets.
Oversee regulatory compliance for all labelling and packaging details including production and expiry dates, batch numbers, MRP, weight/volume, etc.
Ensure all critical process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, humidity) are maintained in accordance with the defined process design.
Monitor food safety and product quality, ensuring all outputs meet company and industry standards.
Support production operators in maintaining throughput, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Provide training, guidance, and clear expectations to employees to help them meet performance, GMP, and housekeeping standards.
Identify and resolve root causes of performance issues, including personnel-related challenges.
Approve and monitor attendance and working hours for production staff.
Coordinate shift schedules and arrange replacements during leaves or days off.
Conduct random floor inspections and promptly resolve any issues in consultation with relevant staff or officers.
