Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage schedules, calendars, meetings, and appointments for the Directors.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread official letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive documentation.
  • Welcome visitors and manage hospitality for meetings and appointments.
  • Monitor and respond to official emails when required.
  • Ensure smooth execution of both personal and official responsibilities as assigned.
  • Prepare HR documentation including job descriptions, advertisements, and routine reports.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Track attendance, leave, and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
  • Assist in generating accurate payroll data and monthly salary sheets.
  • Schedule and support internal meetings, training sessions, and team events.
  • Manage office inventory, stationery, and logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential HR data responsibly.
  • Provide administrative support for correspondence, events, and the coordination of HR policies.
