Responsibilities & Context
BRAC is an international development organisation founded in Bangladesh in 1972 that partners globally with over 100 million people living with inequality and poverty to create opportunities to realise their potential.
This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily outreach activities, Monitor & training the outreach to build their capacity through which they can apply it to engage & aware of the large amount of community people on different protection issues.

The supervisor will oversee the daily outreach activities, implementing a community outreach strategy
-
Responsible for COMs recruitment following the guideline
-
Conduct daily morning briefing and ensure each day’s activities at the evening
-
Maintain and ensure accuracy in all database and files and update same as per requirement and coordinate for various meetings and activities
-
Conduct visits to all community Outreach sites to coordinate and monitor staff outreach activities
-
Responsible for maintaining monitoring tools for each activity so that accountability of each activities ensured
-
Perform a variety of outreach activities such as establishing contacts and attended community meetings
-
Maintain all documentations accurately daily attendance of COMs, COMs individual file, Weekly/Monthly report register etc.

Maintain quality of each data of COMs activities

Responsible for all administrative works of COMs
-
Submit COMs activities kobo on weekly basis
-
Form community help groups through COMs to help the PSN
-
Organize COMs induction for new joiners and conduct training for the capacity development of the COMs
-
Responsible for monitoring the English class and development of basic literacy and Numeracy of each COMs
-
Work closely with COMs to explore new initiative for COMS activities
-
Conduct weekly religious engagement meeting weekly, establish strong network with all religious leaders of his/her camp
-
Submit RE activity kobo weekly, share update RE list monthly
-
Responsible for collecting success story of different interventions of COMs
Safeguarding:
-
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
