Fortune Travels Limited is a reputed and trusted travel management company, providing a wide range of travel services including airline ticket booking, tour packages, visa processing, and corporate travel solutions conveniently located at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka. We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced candidate to join our team as an Online Marketing & Reservation Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies targeting both local and international markets.
  • Promote travel services across various digital platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns for both domestic and international destinations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Handle online reservations and maintain customer communication effectively.
  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings, re-issuances, cancellations, and ticketing through online portals, and IATA GDS (Sabre / Galileo / Amadeus). Offer clients competitive fare quotes, route options, and cost-effective travel solutions based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors and team members.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and complex booking requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional service delivery.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the management as per operational needs.
