  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context

Fortune Travels Limited is a reputed and trusted travel management company, providing a wide range of travel services including airline ticket booking, tour packages, visa processing, and corporate travel solutions conveniently located at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka. We are currently looking for a reliable and proactive individual to manage day-to-day operations and reservation responsibilities at our branch office (Mohichail Bazar, Chandina, Cumilla).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle flight bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo); ticket issuance will be processed centrally from the Head Office.
  • Communicate with clients to collect booking information and coordinate with the head office for ticket issuance.
  • Manage cash transactions related to ticket issuance and other office expenses; maintain proper documentation and records.
  • Oversee overall branch office operations including customer service, client follow-up, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with the head office to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily tasks with the office assistant.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional service delivery.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the management as per operational needs.
