Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Experience in the hospitality business.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Bengali.
  • Proficient in using MS word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure high-quality guest experiences through consistent service excellence.
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards across the resort premises.
  • Keep up to date with licensing legislation and take legal responsibility for the premises.
  • Manage operational budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation of bill & voucher.
