  • Design innovative and seasonal menus while considering customer preferences and trends.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Control food costs by managing portion sizes and reducing waste.
