Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with specialization in one of the following domains: MERN Stack, Laravel, Java Spring Boot, Python (AI, ML), or Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will not only lead cross-functional teams, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions but also contribute hands-on in their specialized field to guide technical decision-making, resolve critical challenges, and ensure alignment with industry best practices. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and active technical involvement to drive project success.
Required Technical Expertise
Provide guidance in one of the specialized fields:
- MERN Stack: Design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.
- Laravel: Development and maintenance of high-performing web applications.
- Java Spring Boot: Microservices architecture and enterprise-grade applications.
- Python (AI, ML): Build and manage data-driven machine learning models.
- QA: Establish QA strategies, automated testing, and continuous integration.
Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and workflows.
- Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and client requirements.
Team Leadership
