Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills, demonstrated by a minimum IELTS score of 7.0. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in interactions.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer concerns when needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues and ensuring timely closure.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about products or services to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Assist in onboarding and educating customers about company processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate support.
  • Use advanced English communication skills to manage interactions with international clients and customers effectively.
