Responsibilities & Context
Euro Foods Group is a UK & USA based food service and wholesale company expanding its tele-sales and administrative operations in Bangladesh. We are setting up our Dhaka office and looking for energetic, English-speaking tele-sales executives to join our growing international sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate fluently with US-based customers to take food service and wholesale orders.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in English and preferably US accent.
- Input customer orders accurately into the system and ensure timely processing.
- Promote online (web) ordering and help customers with account support.
- Coordinate with US and Bangladesh operations teams to ensure smooth service.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
- Must Be Well-Mannered

- Attractive fixed salary (based on experience).
Commission:
- 0.25% commission on web-based paid orders.
Example:
£10K weekly web orders = ~৳15,000 commission/month
£30K weekly web orders = ~৳45,000 commission/month
£60K weekly web orders = ~৳90,000 commission/month

Work Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)
