Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA is preferred.

Experience

    • 15 to 20 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Furniture Manufacturer, Furniture, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Minimum 15–20 years of progressive sales experience in real estate, construction, and/or interior design industries.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong existing network within the real estate developer, architect, and corporate client ecosystem in Bangladesh.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems.
  • Strategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and long sales cycles simultaneously.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will spearhead all sales operations, lead a high-performing team, and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth in both the construction and interior sectors. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep domain expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to influence at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for construction and interior projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team — setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Build a result-oriented core sales team.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, developers, architects, and corporate partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities in real estate, residential, commercial, and hospitality interior sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Oversee bid, tender, and proposal processes for high-value contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade expos, and networking forums.
