Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 55 years
- Minimum 15–20 years of progressive sales experience in real estate, construction, and/or interior design industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong existing network within the real estate developer, architect, and corporate client ecosystem in Bangladesh.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting systems.
- Strategic thinker with sound commercial acumen and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and long sales cycles simultaneously.

Role Overview
The Head of Sales will spearhead all sales operations, lead a high-performing team, and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth in both the construction and interior sectors. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep domain expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to influence at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for construction and interior projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team — setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Build a result-oriented core sales team.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, developers, architects, and corporate partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in real estate, residential, commercial, and hospitality interior sectors.
- Collaborate closely with project management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Oversee bid, tender, and proposal processes for high-value contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade expos, and networking forums.
