Job Description
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Production, Furniture Design, or any relevant discipline.
- Additional training or certification in production management will be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations of the furniture factory, including production, planning, quality control, and maintenance.

Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled timeline while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for maximum productivity and cost efficiency.

Supervise factory manpower, production supervisors, carpenters, machine operators, and support staff.

Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize production wastage.

Maintain strict quality control standards for all finished products.

Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with procurement, design, store, and sales departments for smooth operational workflow.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and operational reports for management.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve factory performance.

Maintain machinery and equipment through regular inspection and preventive maintenance planning.
