Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
-
Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of all machines.
-
Generated and distributed documentation records, including status reports and material requirement calculations to team members and supervisor.

Design (with SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.), Fabricate and Interpret production machines and machine parts.
-
Running of machines/equipment’s on agreed efficiencies and ensuring maximum utilization in all production Machineries/units.
-
Ensure proper inventory of process machineries & spare parts.
-
Maintain engineering history file, engineering drawings and other validation documents.
-
Prepare and review engineering SOP & ISO Documents as per cGMP guidelines.
-
Perform & follow up the preventive maintenance of all machineries as per guideline/checklist
-
Organize teams or technical personnel for planning and executing the preventive and breakdown modification maintenance of all production machines.
-
To work with experts from the supplier and company engineering team during machine installation, commissioning, operation and validation
