Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Manager, Digital Marketing (Head of Growth & Digital Acquisition) to lead our brand positioning and digital growth initiatives. The role is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve digital performance across all channels.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital expertise and strong leadership capability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Funnel Strategy: Develop and manage end-to-end lead generation funnels, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a strong focus on ROI and conversion optimisation

  • SEO & SEM Oversight: Oversee SEO, SEM, and search-driven growth strategies

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels and campaigns

  • Content & Social Media: Manage social media, email marketing, and content initiatives aligned with brand and growth objectives

  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop digital marketing, SEO, and content teams to deliver high-performance outcomes

  • Budget Management: Manage performance marketing budgets and continuously optimise return on investment (ROI)

  • Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop scalable lead generation and customer acquisition strategies

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights
