Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage sales operations, including area-wise targets, expense monitoring, and tour program planning. Formulate agendas for monthly sales meetings and evaluate field force performance.

  • Ensure efficient credit management to maximize business output.

  • Plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to achieve targeted objectives.

  • Implement and evaluate product launches and promotional campaigns.

  • Motivate and provide on-the-job training to team members in the assigned area.

  • Develop forecast plans and optimize inventory management at depots and customer levels.

  • Build strong networks with traders and end-users to enhance market penetration.

  • Conduct regular visits to distributors, dealers, and customers to ensure support and resolve issues.

  • Create strategic sales plans to exploit regional market potential and minimize credit notes/overdue.

  • Ensure after-sales service compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor competitors’ products and facilitate communication between customers and management.

  • Resolve sales-related issues by coordinating with cross-functional departments.

  • Support marketing programs and trade activities in the assigned area, providing feedback to management.
