Education

  • BBA/ MBA in Finance/Accounting from any reputed Public/ Private university.

Experience

    • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Fisheries
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

ACI Agrolink Limited, a concern of ACI PLC, is a leading frozen seafood processing company in Bangladesh, specializing in the processing and export of high-quality shrimp. With a strong focus on quality, compliance and operational excellence.

We are looking for an Executive, Business Planning to assist with planning, budgeting, and business administrative activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial, operational, and economic data.

  • Develop business performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

  • Conduct market intelligence analysis and industry benchmarking.

  • Assist in formulating long-term goals, strategic initiatives, and business plans.

  • Identify and analyze issues affecting profitability, growth, yield, and productivity.

  • Review budgets and business plans to ensure logical coherence and financial accuracy.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Business teams for smooth preparation of budget, forecast, and feasibility analysis.

  • Work closely with factory operations to ensure production, yield, and inventory data accuracy.

  • Build and maintain financial databases by collecting, verifying, and backing up data.

  • Support project analysis including ROI, cost-benefit, and investment feasibility assessment.

  • Process bills and support banking activities as required.

  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations as required.
