Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify customer’s needs, clarify of information, address issues and provide/escalate solutions.

  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.

  • Processing forms, orders & applications requested by the customer

  • Answer calls, make calls where needed & response to customer’s email and text.

  • Respond efficiently & accurately to callers, explain possible solutions & ensure that customer feel supported & build long lasting relationships with customers.

  • Assist to clients for interior their project through sales lead generation.

  • Promote the company’s interior design services.

  • Generate leads through tale-marketing platforms.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-up activities.

  • Ability to network and connect with a variety of people.

  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude

  • Maintain effective & strong relationships with potential clients.

  • Ensure customers queries, problem & issues.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
