To strengthen our business growth and market presence, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of AGM – Sales & Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, monitor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and key accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, corporate clients, and consultants.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, offline, corporate branding).
  • Oversee promotional campaigns, exhibitions, corporate presentations, and client events.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and visibility in the interior design market.

Business Development

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive growth strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, costing strategies, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate commitments.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Recruit, train, and develop sales & marketing team members.
  • Set KPIs, evaluate performance, and prepare regular MIS and sales reports.
  • Report directly to top management with insights and growth recommendations.
