Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts (monthly consumption and annual forecast) in coordination with operations, R & D, and production teams

  • Plan and optimize inventory levels based on monthly consumption and forecasted demand to ensure uninterrupted production while minimizing excess stock

  • Conduct capacity analysis for extrusion, roto molding, and injection molding lines to align production capability with monthly and annual demand requirements

  • Identify, source, and procure polymer raw materials from international suppliers for multiple processes and products, considering projected monthly consumption and annual requirements

  • Prepare and manage RFQs (Request for Quotation) and CS (Comparative Statement) efficiently, incorporating forecasted volumes

  • Handle negotiations, pricing analysis, and supplier evaluations to ensure cost-effective supply for projected monthly and annual needs

  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, LC, and commercial documentation in compliance with company policies and banking requirements

  • Monitor polymer market trends, pricing movements, and supply risks to enable proactive sourcing decisions aligned with forecasted consumption

  • Support cost optimization, material substitution, and supply risk mitigation initiatives based on forecasted demand and inventory planning

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain efficiency and operational excellence, integrating insights from monthly consumption and annual forecasts
