Job requirements & responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct regular field visits to provide farmers with technical guidance on aquaculture health management.

  • Promote and ensure the proper application of company products through on-site demonstrations and farmer meetings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and stakeholders to drive sustainable market growth.

  • Collect and analyze market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.

  • Achieve monthly sales while ensuring full compliance with company policies.

  • Organize and actively participate in trainings, workshops, and promotional events arranged by the company.

  • Prepare and submit timely, accurate technical and field reports to management to support effective decision-making.

  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to achieve overall organizational objectives.
