Education

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 02 years of proven experience in local purchase preferably in Plastic/Polymer manufacturing Industry.

  • Negotiation, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage complex, multi-country sourcing and deliver results under tight timelines.

     


Responsibilities & Context

Primitek Group is a renowned manufacturing company in Bangladesh. For the business expansion, we are inviting business-oriented employees who have must experience in local Purchase & Procurement related work for Key duties involve strategic planning, vendor negotiation, inventory control, logistics coordination, team leadership, and using data analytics/software (like ERPs) to optimize processes, while requiring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, typically with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.

 

  • Following and enforcing the company`s procurement policies and procedures. 

  • Discussing about the requisition with concern department.

  • Identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.

  • Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and products.

  • Monitoring procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.

  • Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery.

  • Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply in case of disruptions.

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth operation of the supply chain.

  • Any others job assign by the Supervisor.
