Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 34 years

  • Age may be relaxed up to 2-3 years for deserving candidates

  • Field sales experience in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals Company will be an added advantage

  • Target oriented with a `can do` attitude

  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Can ride motor bike and must have valid driving license

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by selling company products.         

  • Ensure effective coverage of pharmacy and non-pharmacy outlets. 

  • Bring continuous sales growth in the assigned territory.    

  • Explore markets for wide range of outlet coverage.      

  • Build rapport with traders and stakeholders to increase sales.         

  • Maintain storage facility and account for all stocks of products and promotional materials.

  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
