Responsibilities & Context

Perform and supervise all necessary works to run the depot effectively and efficiently.

Working on the overall distribution, logistics, warehousing, collection, maintenance, and store management systems of all Pharma depots.

Prepare well planned and synchronized master schedule for in-house distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.

Make efficient and effective delivery system through route planning for outdoor distribution activities in consultation with sales colleagues.

Ensure that any or all expenses for the branches are processes as per policy and with due diligence.

Provide training and guidance to employees at DIC to develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA) to work efficiently and effectively.
