- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Responsibilities & Context
- Review and carryout credit risk assessment of all proposals with different types of analysis (Bank statement, work order, Income statement, previous loan repayment behavior etc.) for affordable home loan independently and objectively and provide opinion.
- Visit customer and their business locations to verify financial strength as and when required.
- Interpret, analyze and assess loan Applicant’s credit data and financial information to determine the degree of risk involved in financing.
- Liaison and coordinate with other stakeholders i.e., RM, Operation department, Legal & another related Department.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedure and external regulatory requirements.
- Valuation of the properties to be financed under AHL Scheme.
