Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Masters
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Marketing, or relevant field.
Experience

- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a garments buying house or apparel export business.
- Strong knowledge of international sourcing, merchandising, and marketing strategies.
- Proven network of local manufacturers and global buyers will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sourcing and marketing operations of the buying house.

Develop and manage relationships with international buyers and local garment manufacturers.

Coordinate with internal production teams to meet buyer requirements.

Organize and attend supplier/vendor meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Plan and execute sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective production.

Supervise the entire marketing team and drive growth-focused campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demand.

Ensure compliance with international quality and compliance standards.
