- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Bangladesh’s top 5 e-commerce platforms (e.g., Daraz, Evaly, AjkerDeal, Pickaboo, Chaldal, etc.).
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, supply chain, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage nationwide e-commerce operations.

Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies.

Manage logistics, vendor relations, and platform optimization.

Supervise country-wide sales, promotions, and team management.
